I provide construction litigation consulting services for both plaintiffs and defendants.

My focused intent is to streamline the research effort as quickly as possible allowing the legal team to verify its case. I focus on the project management process: the chronology of who and why decisions were made, construction documentation and construction work that resulted from the decisions.

In any dispute, communication is paramount. In addition to my professional construction career with over 30 years of expertise, I am also a trained mediator and former partner of Inter Mediation Inc. which specialized in construction mediation. Additionally, I am on the Panel of the American Arbitration Association.

With this combination of practical field experience coupled with mediation and arbitration backgrounds, I am able to evaluate and organize complex ideas and methods from a balanced viewpoint.

As a team member for litigation consulting, I am able to succinctly organize large volumes of drawings, specifications, change orders, emails, minutes and project communications.
